Submission

Paper Acceptance Criteria

Preliminary paper acceptance is based on the initial abstract submission. Final paper acceptance and the assignment of presentation spots at the symposium are made after reviewing the full papers. Both the abstracts and full papers are reviewed and approved by the Program Committee.

Abstract submission

Preliminary paper acceptance is based on the initial abstract submission. The work must be original and unpublished. The abstract must clearly and concisely state the specific results of the work and its originality. The prospective authors are requested to submit 300 words abstract without figures and tables, by November 23, 2013 to the conference management service. Please follow the instructions in the new submission page at the conference management service.

Full paper submission

Authors of the accepted abstracts are invited to submit a full paper of 4 to 8 pages for the full paper review. Please follow the format of this example paper or use this template from DHM 2011 for preparing the full paper.

Papers to be presented at the symposium will be selected by the Program Committee on the basis of the content of submitted full papers. All contributors are requested to submit a camera ready by January 13, 2014 to the conference management service, and give either an oral presentation conforming to 20 min format or poster presentation at the symposium.
